To encourage new talent of short story writers, Sukhayan have started the annual competition – Sukhayan Katha Pratibha Competition. Started as Marathi Laghukatha Spardha in 2020, it has evolved to be Sukhayan Katha-Pratibha Spardha, a multilingual competition including stories written in English, and Hindi in addition to those written in Marathi, to encourage a larger number of talent irrespective of the language.
नवोदित कथालेखकांमधील प्रतिभेला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी सुखायनने “सुखायन कथा-प्रतिभा स्पर्धा” हा वार्षिक उपक्रम आहे. २०२० मध्ये हा उपक्रम “मराठी लघुकथा स्पर्धा” या नावाने संपन्न झाला. अधिकाधिक गुणवंतांना वाव मिळावा म्हणून “सुखायन कथा-प्रतिभा स्पर्धा” सुद्धा या पुढे मराठी, इंग्रजी, आणि हिंदी तीन भाषांत होईल.

Conducted as Marathi Laghukatha Spardha, It was held between 20/04/2020 and 15/05/2020. It was a great honour to have Dr Vandana Bokil-Kulkarni as the judge for this competition. सुखायन कथा-प्रतिभा स्पर्धा २०२०
२०२० ची कथा-प्रतिभा स्पर्धा ही "मराठी लघुकथा स्पर्धा" या नावाने २०/०४/२०२० ते १५/०५/२०२० या दरम्यान पार पडली. या स्पर्धेला डॉ वंदना बोकील-कुलकर्णी या परीक्षक म्हणून लाभल्या.
